Apply NowThe Gulfstream organization encompasses seven distinct business areas, each operating under the direction of a Leadership Team member. The Leadership Team, our company’s top decision-making body, consists of Gulfstream President Joe Lombardo and those who report to him.
Our organizational structure at Gulfstream is defined by the talented people who lead us ― many of whom rose through the ranks or began their careers with other companies. President
Larry Flynn serves as President of Gulfstream and as a vice president of General Dynamics. Gulfstream is an operating unit of General Dynamics.
Administration and Legal
Ira Berman, senior vice president of administration and general counsel, is responsible for environmental, health and safety; human resources; security and facilities; and our legal staff.
Product Support
Mark Burns, president of product support, is responsible for Gulfstream’s worldwide product support network, which includes 11 company-owned service centers, 19 third-party authorized service facilities, a parts distribution network, field service, technical service, service engineering and an electrical and electronic overhaul business.
Finance
Jason Aiken, senior vice president and chief financial officer, is responsible for corporate finance, information technology, and the financial affairs of Gulfstream’s sites and business jet programs.
Marketing & Sales
Scott Neal, senior vice president of marketing and sales, is responsible for sales, marketing and sales support, and corporate communications.
Programs & Engineering
Pres Henne, senior vice president of programs, engineering and test, is responsible for Gulfstream business jet programs, sustaining and government programs, the financial affairs of aircraft programs, flight operations, engineering and organization designation authorization.
Government Programs
Buddy Sams, senior vice president of government programs and sales, is responsible for worldwide military sales of Gulfstream aircraft and government sales support.
Operations
Dennis Stuligross, senior vice president of operations, is responsible for production operations and final phase engineering in Savannah; supervision of the general managers at our Brunswick, Dallas, Appleton and Long Beach sites; material; and quality and production safety.
