| Jim Ross Vice President, Preowned Aircraft Jim has over 25 years of aviation sales expertise. He most recently served as pre-owned aircraft sales director for Gulfstream following his position as regional vice president for TAG Aviation, based in Southern California. Prior to that, he was the senior vice president for ExcelAire Service, an aviation company specializing in air charters and aircraft management. Jim began his career with Bombardier Aerospace working his way up from marketing coordinator to a sales director for the Western United States and Canada. Jim also earned a Bachelor of Commerce, Marketing degree from McGill University in Montreal. He is a member of Aircraft Owners and Pilots Association and as a pilot, has earned his commercial, instrument, multi-engine and instructor ratings in both the United States and Canada. |

| Eric Hanson Sales Director Eastern United States, Europe, Middle East and Africa Eric started his career in aviation with Cessna in 1973 and continued to develop his skills in Used Aircraft marketing and contract management until 1987. From 1987 to 1990 he was the Marketing Director for a refurbishing company called Air Capital. Eric used his knowledge of used aircraft to start his own brokerage firm called Hanson Aviation until he was hired by Galaxy Aerospace in 1997 to run the Preowned Sales Division. Eric joined the Gulfstream Preowned team when Gulfstream Aerospace acquired Galaxy Aerospace in April 2001. Eric is responsible for Preowned aircraft sales in all states east of the Mississippi River along with Europe, Middle East and Africa. |

| Paul Palminteri Sales Director Western United States, South America, & Asia Paul has been successfully conducting business in the jet marketplace since 1985. Initial experience began in research and sales support for Executive Air Fleet / Jet Aviation in Teterboro, then Acquisitions & Dispositions with Wings Aviation and Leading Edge Aviation Solutions from 1994 through mid 2009. Paul has been client focused throughout his career managing transactions of primarily mid to large cabin business jet aircraft. Prior to the aviation industry Paul earned his degree in Economics from the University of Delaware and an MBA from Fairleigh Dickinson University. Paul is responsible for Preowned aircraft sales for states west of the Mississippi, western provinces of Canada, Mexico, Central America, Carribean, South America, Asia and Pacific. |

| Dennis Helle Technical Manager, Preowned Aircraft Sales Dennis has been with Gulfstream since 1997. As Technical Manager, his responsibilities include verifying that the aircraft meets the criteria established in the sales contract. In case of discrepancies, the Technical Manager must negotiate with the customer to satisfy both parties. Dennis also oversees all of the Preowned aircraft in maintenance, refurbishment and paint shops and addresses warranty issues and special projects. Prior to working in Preowned Aircraft Sales, Dennis worked in the Service Center from 1997 to 2003 as a Plane Captain and Operations Manager. Prior to Gulfstream, Dennis served in the military as a Crew Chief and Aviation Electrician. Dennis has his Airframe and Powerplant License |

Jen Campbell Sr Sales Proposal Specialist, Pre-owned Aircraft SalesJen began her career at Gulfstream in 1999 in the Finance organization. She worked in both Corporate and Materials Finance before joining the Pre-owned Sales team in 2007. While in Finance, Jen worked extensively with multiple organizations throughout the Gulfstream plant. As a Sales Specialist, she is responsible for managing all business activities of the Pre-Owned Sales Business Office. Jen manages and coordinates the photo shoots, specification preparation, and advertising of Pre-Owned Inventory. She also assists the Pre-Owned Sales Force with Letters of Intent, Sales Proposals, Aircraft Inspections, and various Delivery activities. |
