Recently, our site's 170-plus employees moved into a modern, 75,000-square-foot hangar and accompanying office area. Three floors of office space include six customer offices and a lounge. The hangar, which can accommodate 10-12 aircraft, complements Gulfstream Luton's 10,000-square-foot parts warehouse, which opened in May 2011. In front of the hangar are two dedicated ramp slots, a convenience favoured by customers. The service center is a certified European Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) and Federal Aviation Administration Part 145 repair station. Our staff includes a strong contingent of B1 and B2 engineers experienced in servicing Gulfstream aircraft. Gulfstream Luton personnel service nearly 1,500 aircraft yearly at their facility or on road trips. Through its EASA Part 21 Design Organisation Approval, our workforce is authorised to install and repair avionics equipment and cabin interiors for Gulfstream aircraft registered in European Union countries.

The Gulfstream Luton warehouse is stocked with more than $40 million in parts and materials, including dedicated wheel-and-brake storage, cold storage and compressed air storage areas. A section of the warehouse is dedicated to house parts for our newest aircraft, the ultra-large-cabin G650 and G280. Our warehouse staff can ship to any location within 24 hours.
Gulfstream Luton is home to an EASA-authorised Continuing Airworthiness Management Organisation (CAMO) program, which allows us to handle maintenance, maintenance planning, airworthiness management and airworthiness review for customers.
